- All
orders will be subject to TWC & Associates’ credit approval, terms, &
acceptance.
- All
orders are subject to our standard delivery terms. If for any reason TWC &
Associates cannot meet the required delivery, a customer service
representative will contact you.

Depending on size and amount of the order, a pre-payment may be required.
- A full
payment of the value of the goods must accompany the order when an account
has not been established.
- Any
changes to the order have to be confirmed in writing by TWC & Associates.
- Payments overdue by 15 days or more will incur late charges.
- Credit cards will be placed on file for automatic charging for past due amounts unless otherwise specified.
- Due to
fluctuations in the international exchange rate of the U.S. dollar, TWC &
Associates reserves the right to change color or screening charges, and to
withdraw or increase the price of a product without notice.
- TWC &
Associates reserves the right to ship up to 3% over or under the quantity
ordered and will be invoiced at the same price stated on the order.
- TWC &
Associates will charge $25.00 [V] when the order quantity is less than
minimum quantity.
- When
the order quantity is more than end-of-column quantity, please contact our
sales for a new low price quote.
CAMERA -READY ART
- Flat,
sharp, black & white line-art on glossy, photographic material. For
multi-colored imprints, color separated art with registration marks are
required.
- All other forms of art
material sent will not be regarded as camera-ready art and a charge of
$50.00 [V] per color will be applied. Additional charges will be made at
$40.00 [V] per hour for art that
needs more than one hour's work.
- Digital Artwork - We
accept EPS, TIF, JPG, GIF, CDR, PDF, AI, BMP or PSD files format in either
PC or MAC encoding at a minimum of 300 dpi. All text MUST be converted to
curves.
If artwork needs to be cleaned, touched up or adjusted, art charges will
be acknowledged before processing the order.
- For laser engraving,
please do not send art to size. TWC & Associates will reduce the art to
fit on the required product. Art used for laser engraving metal products
cannot be used for wooden items
or for silk-screening; therefore an additional art/set-up charge will be
applicable.
- Imprint area and method
may vary, due to the size, shape, and material differences. Please contact
customer service for more information.
- Art will be held on file
for a period of 24 months. All repeats after that period will require new
art and new set-up charges will apply.
PRODUCTION CHARGES
- The
standard delivery is approximately 7-10 working days from receipt of
art/approval on stock items. Should there be any problems in meeting your
required delivery date or receipt of your order; customer service will
notify you.
- The set-up charge is
$50.00 [V], each logo/color. Oxidation charge: $0.50 [V] each; Running
charge: $0.50 [V] each.
- Sample proof: $15.00 [V]
plus set-up, shipping and product cost. Standard fee of $15.00 [V] will be
refunded if an order is placed.

Personalization charge is $50.00 [V] set-up charge, and $2.00 [V] for each
item.
- Any
changes to an order once production has started will incur charges for
work done up to that point.
- All the
repeat orders within 24 months will be charged for a repeat set-up charge
of $30.00 [V].
- No
cancellations will be accepted unless sent by fax and confirmed by TWC &
Associates in writing.
Orders cannot be
cancelled once imprinting has begun.
SHIPPING
-
Postage, shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice. All
prices shown in the catalog are FOB, Monrovia, California.
- TWC &
Associates' policy is to insure all shipments on behalf of the Distributor
at the value of the merchandise invoiced by TWC & Associates, and will be
included in the shipping charges.
All claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of the merchandise. A
representative from the carrier that delivered the merchandise must
inspect any carton that has been opened or damaged
before a claim can be filed.
- All shipments will be
insured unless stated clearly on your order that insurance is not
required.
- We can
only guarantee the delivery date when the merchandise will leave our
warehouse and cannot be responsible for carrier or en-route delays.
- Orders
that do not indicate shipping instructions will be shipped at the most
economical method to meet your in-hands date. All orders are shipped via
UPS or FedEx unless otherwise requested.
- All
shipping requests via United States Mail will be charged a handling fee of
$25.00 [V].
- A
drop-shipment charge of $5.00 [V] on each shipment after the first
shipment will be applicable.
- Rush
orders must be TWC & Associates' authorized. Additional cost of $25.00 [V]
will apply per order.
RETURNS
Merchandise found to be incorrect due to TWC & Associates' error will be
replaced at no cost if returned within 30 days of receipt of the
merchandise. An authorization number from TWC & Associates
is required prior to any returns. Any returned items without an authorization
number will not be accepted. Non-imprinted merchandise authorized for return
by TWC is subject to $35.00(V) service charge plus 15% of the net cost of
the total order for any customers' change of mind. Any insufficient checks
will be charged $35.00 for the reprocessing fee.
